DESIGN CONCEPT
House Pennel is situated in Erinvale Estate, Somerset West. It was alterations and additions to an existing house and was completed in 2014.
The original interior and exterior was very dated and without a specific style. The front elevation particularly needed to be updated. The clients required a design that is timeless with a homely feel. The overall layout was updated by removing internal walls to create an open plan layout. A complete revamp of all the finishes, fittings and joinery was done.
Our favourite aspect of the home: The pool was moved to a new position to maximize the external living space and the covered patio was added.
