DESIGN CONCEPT
This project is situated in Bel Aire Estate, Somerset West. It was a new house completed in 2010.
The clients wanted a farm style house, taking inspiration from the architecture of Franschoek. Elements such as arched windows and doors, mouldings and exposed trusses were introduced. A small brick arched wine cellar ads a charming feature to the house. The beautiful garden is appreciated form the large wrap around Patio.
Our favourite aspect of the house: The intimate private Patio off the Dining room with built seats with a view of the water feature and garden.
